Brisbane Zombie Walk

Do you love dressing up?  If the answer is yes and you love shows like the Walking Dead, then this may be exactly the event for you. Check out the website for further details.

Markets

With hundreds of stalls, delicious food, fresh coffee and live music, there is something at these markets for everyone.  Markets are also a great place to pick up fresh fruit and vegies.  These are the two Brissy markets we recommend:

 

Powerhouse Brisbane Markets

When: Saturday from 6:00am – 12:00pm

Where: 119 Lamington St, New Farm QLD 4005

 

Eagle Farm Markets

When: Sunday from 7:00am – 12:30pm

Where: 230 Lancaster Rd, Ascot QLD 4007

 

Beach Trip

When it comes to the beach, there is so much choice.  You can find directions and maps on Google.  Here are some of our favourites from the North to the South:

Mount Tamborine – Cedar Creek Falls

Looking for an adventure? Take a drive to Mount Tamborine and check out the natural beauty of Cedar Creek Falls and the surrounding national park.

 

Picnic – New Farm Park

The weather is beautiful this time of year and the Jacaranda trees are blooming, why not head down to New Farm Park with a picnic, some mates and a ball in tow.

 

Open Air Cinemas – South Bank

Have you ever watched a movie under the stars?  Now is your chance.  To find out what movies are on and book, please visit the website.

Sunday Session on the Green

Do you like your music with a view? Head down to South Bank to enjoy live music while relaxing beside the Brisbane river.

When: Every Sunday from 2:00pm-5:00pm

Cost: Free
