Kangaroo Point Rock Climbing

On Saturday 2nd September, a group of JCU Brisbane students headed out to the Kangaroo Point Cliffs, with JCU Brisbane Student Council's Health and Fitness Club, for rock climbing.

Health and Fitness Club President, Ishwar, said it was a once in a lifetime experience.

"With assistance from trained instructors, Tory and Kate, we learnt how to use all of the equipment and latch ourselves onto the rocks. The climb gave us the confidence to improve our balance and agility, and challenged us to overcome any fears related to heights. At the end of the day, we had a few bruises and scratches, but it seemed like a bit of a victory."

Great work to all involved, it certainly looks like you had a fun afternoon!
